Long but please read. You want to make a Wise Choice? Run from this company like they have the plague and are actively chasing you down to murder you. I moved into a 3 bedroom house a while back (have since moved away) and all was fine until they decided to move a family of 4 into a tiny attic space above the house. Nothing was mentioned in the lease about this unit being a multi family domicile. In the months that followed it was pure hell as the upstairs was always loud causing a lot of long nights with no sleep. I had to save up enough to move once more, and when I did I broke the lease. I wrote them a letter on a piece of paper telling them that they were blatantly wrong and if they wanted to pursue the lost rent I would sue. I left so fast, I didn't even care about the security deposit. The staff were ATROCIOUS to deal with and I was completely ignored when trying to sort out these issues.

Stay away if you value your time, money, and piece of mind.
