Wish our server was as good as the patty melt we had yesterday. Other servers refilled our drinks informed us they were out of cold slaw and nobody gave us napkins. Could not get anybody attention ended up washing hands in restroom before leaving. Worse service we have experienced in our soon to be 27 years of marriage.

2/4/17 I always order the Buttery Wisconsin! When we got our food the bun was cold/dry/not buttery so we had to send it back. Instead of putting both buns on the grill which is how I'm told all their buns should be "Grilled" they just slapped a little butter on the top and sent it right back. Normally I ask for a refund and leave! Because we had not eaten all day I compromised by just sending it back. While waiting to pay I observed the cooks handling of the burgers an noticed that the burgers were being smashed/cooked a little then pushed up to the top of the grill in a little crack then taken from there and put on the dry buns. I got in the parking lot an started feeling sick I threw up and used the restroom 2x's before we could leave. We went to leave again an I had to go back to the restroom and repeat everything again. We were about 20 miles away when my husband got sick on our way home. We will Never go back here again.
